WPL Ltd process design and manufacture a range of municipal and industrial wastewater treatment systems from their manufacturing base near Portsmouth, Hampshire. WPL Ltd are the market leaders in the supply of small/medium sized wastewater treatment plants to the Water Utilities. In addition, there are a range of tertiary and transportable units designed to supplement existing on-site processes during times of repair/refurbishment, or during periods when the plant is not meeting the required discharge standards.

Listed below are a list of the utilities that are currently supplied, along with a description of the contractural/supplier arrangements in place with each:

Southern Water: One of two framework suppliers of package plant and biological SAF units. Suppliers of tertiary/transportable processes.

United Utilities: Sole framework supplier of package plant and biological SAF units up to 2000 pe. Suppliers of tertiary/transportable processes.

Yorkshire Water: Sole framework supplier of package plant and biologicalSAF units up to 500Pe. Preffered supplier up to 2000 pe. Suppliers of tertiary/transportable processes.

Wessex Water: One of two preferred suppliers of package plant and biological SAF units, and the favoured below ground option. Suppliers of tertiary/transportable processes

Severn Trent Water: One of two preferred suppliers. Favoured supplier of package plant below 250Pe. Suppliers of tertiary/transportable processes

Anglian Water: Preferred supplier of package plant and biological SAF units. Suppliers of tertiary/transportable processes.

South West Water: Approved supplier. Suppliers of tertiary/transportable processes.

Thames Water: Approved supplier. Supply mainly transportable SAF units

Scottish Water: Preferred supplier of medium sized Sequential Batch Reactors and an approved supplier of package plant and biological SAF units. Suppliers of tertiary/transportable processes.

Northumbrian Water: Approved suppliers of package plant and biological SAF units.

Welsh Water: Approved supplier of package plant and biological SAF units. Suppliers of tertiary/transportable processes.

Northern Ireland Water: Suppliers of tertiary processes.
