Service and Maintenance

With over 10 years experience in providing a national service and maintenance facility for Water Utilities, Commercial and Domestic customers, the service department has built on a reputation for expertise, rapid response and friendly service.

All staff are highly experienced in installation support, general maintenance, fault finding and repairs. The service engineers have qualifications and experience in wide range of engineering disciplines including electrical, PLC programming, mechanical and process engineering, plus all engineers are confined space qualified and CSCS card carriers.

WPL service engineers are also accredited to the new British Water scheme, in co-operation with the Environment Agency (EA), for maintaining small sewage treatment plants up to 50pe. Further information can be found at www.britishwater.co.uk 

The servicing department offer onsite maintenance contracts on all WPL products including the HiPAF, Diamond, SBR, BESST, Grease Guzzler and MicroScreen. It is also has laboratory facilities for detailed sample analysis and identification of process problems, including biological and chemical monitoring.
