WPL’s Commercial Rainwater Harvesting system, Rain Sustain, is ideal for a wide range of businesses, whether commercial or industrial.The main benefits are:

  • The harvested water can be used for toilet flushing, laundry, general cleaning, washing cars and watering plants. Not to be used in applications where the water is used for human consumption such as drinking and food preparation.
  • Helps alleviate flood risks by collecting excess water
  • Provides a source of usable water during periods of lower rainfall
  • Fully Packaged automatic system
  • Features the latest in low noise self-priming pumps
  • All units come with direct feed, duty assist and duty standby as standard
  • Floating suction pump with micro filter suspended beneath the surface to ensure the water taken is at the optimum level of cleanliness
  • Full design and advisory service available and bespoke systems available for special requirements
  • Tank range approved for the ECA includes 25m3, 50m3, 60m3 and 70m3
  • Internal and external filters are available for roof size from 200m2 to 1500m2
  • Easily accessible ‘out of tank’ filters resulting in no confined space entry required for service and maintenance

The Enhanced Capital Allowance (ECA) scheme has now been accredited to WPL’s new commercial rainwater harvesting system Rain Sustain.

The ECA has been accredited tot the WPL Rain Sustain by The Carbon Trust on behalf of the government. The Carbon Trust is a private company set up by the government to promote solutions tackling climate change.

The ECA scheme allows business to claim 100% first year tax relief on their qualifying capital expenditure. Businesses can write off the whole capital cost of their investment against their taxable profits of the period during which they make the investment (for further information please visit www.eca.gov.uk/energy)
