Rotary Screens

Rotary screens are used for continuous separationof Suspended Solids inwaste water. Generally used as a form of pre-treatment in industrial applications.

DAF - Dissolved Air Flotation

DAF is a physical separation process used for separating contaminates from water, using water saturated with air. In certain applications a reduction of up to 90% of COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) and Suspended Solids can be removed without the addition of chemicals. This significantly reduces effluent bills and aids compliance.

SBR - Sequential Batch Reactor

The SBR is an activated sludge plant. The SBR has been designed as a flexible wastewater treatment system to meet the stringent and often changing demands of each application, allowing it to meet high treatment standards for BOD (Biological Oxygen Demand), NH4 (Ammonia) , Suspended Solids, and Nitrate removal.

BESST - Biologically Engineered Single Sludge Treatment

The BEEST, a revolutionary newly patented process capable of meeting some of the tightest discharge consents imposed by the EA (Environment Agency). The BESST is an activated sludge plant design, based on further enhancements to the Modified Ludzak-Ettinger (MLE) process featuring an integrated Upflow Sludge Blanket Clarifier (USBC).

HiPAF - High Performance Aerated Filter

The HiPAF is a packaged SAF (submerged aerated filtration) plant available in single or modular format. Combining versatility, efficient processing, reliability and a robust design, this plant meets Environment Agency standards, whilst minimising visual impact on the landscape.

Microscreens

The Microscreen drum filter offers the perfect solution to problems resulting from the presence of suspended solids.
