Once appointed, we believe that our very low staff turnover rate shows that people remain with us because they develop a passion for the business. In order to identify individual’s training needs which are relevant to business needs, we have a well established Individual Development Plan (IDP) process, which all employees from Director to Assembly Operative are familiar with. All employees’ personal objectives, set and monitored via the IDP process, are linked to the company’s overall strategy and annual business plan.
