MicroScreen
Permanent or temporary solution and is also available for hire. The MicroScreen is ideal for solids removal. The unit has been incorporated in new works as a process unit and has commonly been used on failing treatment plants or during periods of refurbishment at sewage treatment works.

 Transportable units
Complete treatment units, incorporating primary, biological and final settlement modules, can be configured in an ISO container for convenient and cost effective transport on container ship, and subsequent transport to site. Units can be supplied in standard ISO modules to treat small and medium size communities, complete with an integral enclosure to house the mechanical and electrical controls, providing a complete in-situ above or below ground solution. Above ground modules can be removed and used on other sites, as required.

Typical installations include construction sites, oil field welfare facilities, remote towns and villages, MOD facilities and commercial applications such as hotels and service stations. Click here for further information

One of WPL’s latest package sewage treatment plants to be introduced to the market place, designed to manage population ranges from 100 to 1500 persons. Manufactured from steel, it has been purposely designed for Nutrient Removal and is ideal for applications requiring unusually high consent standards. The Transportable biological treatment module (TBTM)
Can be used for either additional biological treatment or temporary replacement when refurbishing existing sewage treatment works.

The Transportable Biological Filters produce a solution to these problems on a temporary or permanent basis. WPL are a premier supplier to the UK’s water PLC’s and the commercial market. Utilising a reliable fixed film process, the Submerged Aerated Filter (SAF) is segmented internally to provide both carbonaceous and nitrifying treatment in a single tank, eliminating the need for multiple tanks. The segmented arrangement internally eliminates shortcuts and mitigates process risks associated with variable loads.
