Jewson Sustainable Supplier of the Year 2010

WPL was recently awarded the Jewson ‘Sustainable Supplier of the Year’ award at the Jewson annual conference which was held in Harrogate on 2 February 2011.

As a relatively new supplier to Jewson, WPL have built up a close relationship by offering specialised product and technical support along with giving product training to over 300 staff within the last year. WPL have also supported a number of event days and participated in exhibitions nationally.

WPL offer Jewson branches a wide range of point of sale collateral and the latest dual branded brochures contain Kerridge Codes for all products. Relevant branches are now being offered full sized display tanks along with “How to Do” promotional wall boards for their showrooms.

Richard Gundry, Managing Director at WPL, said: “This is a remarkable achievement as we have only been supplying JEWSON for two years; to be given the number one status in the sustainability category is, indeed, high recognition for the efforts made by all concerned”.

The technical support and marketing back-up is excellent every Jewson salesman should have the duel branded literature to hand when talking to house builders now”.
